Definitions

  1. CASTLE PEAK HOTEL Rewards Plus is a program designed especially for our selected corporate account holders.
  2. Rewards Plus is a package ideally designed because we value your continued support and patronage.
  3. Rewards Plus are gift items ranging from a wide variety of products from electronic gadgets to household appliances.

Eligibility & Participation

  1. Participation in the CASTLE PEAK REWARDS PLUS is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  2. To be eligible to redeem or earn POINTS, the account(s) must be valid and in good standing, and not overdue in payment. Further, to be eligible to redeem or earn POINTS, the account holders must not be closed or terminated by either the cardholder or Castle Peak Hotel.

Earning of Reward Points (RP)

  1. For every fully paid booking at CASTLE PEAK HOTEL equals to a number of points depending on the choice of room accommodation. The higher the accommodation, the greater the number of points earned.
  2. Each gift item has a corresponding number of points. It is the discretion of our valued account holders what particular item to redeem. The higher the cost of the gift item, the greater the number of points needed for redemption.
  3. CASTLE PEAK HOTEL Rewards Plus have no cash or monetary value and are not convertible to cash.
  4. Redemption of gift items can only be made by the account holder.
  5. Account holders will be notified every end of the month of the number of points accumulated.
  6. Castle Peak Hotel reserves the right to cancel or suspend, without assigning any reasons thereof or notification to the account holder.
  7. Points earned are not transferable to any other person/ third party or entity.

Gifts Redemption

  1. Gift items CANNOT be revoked, cancelled or exchanged. Once gift items have been redeemed, such points shall be deemed extinguished and STRICTLY CANNOT be reinstated.
  2. Redemption of Gifts with insufficient points will be rejected.
  3. CASTLE PEAK HOTEL does not accept any liability with respect to death, injury, consequential loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by the account holder and if applicable, his accompanying persons arising from the redemption of the Gifts.
  4. CASTLE PEAK HOTEL gives no representation or warranty with respect to the quality of the Gift(s). Any dispute in relation to the Gift(s) shall be settled between the account holder and the supplier. CASTLE PEAK HOTEL will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes and account holders are to liaise directly with the manufacturer for such warranty information.
  5. The redemption of gift items are subject upon the availability of the item.
